DEEP BODY FLOW classes start soon
In May we start the innovative and therapeutic classes of DEEP BODY FLOW at Ama-Ti Center! (further classes coming soon, also upon request) Deep breathing and movement flow, a modern and dynamic postural gymnastics with great benefits, inspired by Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates, with our complementary therapist Giuliana Malvestuto Bianchi Grilli. Supporting the charity event “A Lion’s Thursday”
Ama-Ti Center has been one of the sponsors of the charity event “A Lion’s Thursday” organized on March 28, 2019 in Mendrisio by 4 Mendrisio area Service Clubs reunited for this event: Kiwanis, Lions, Rotary, Soroptimist International). A big success (over 700 participants)! The evening was entirely in favor of Ticino’s athletes of Special Olympics.
